The planks can be made from a variety of wood species, including oak, elm and other(tropical) hardwoods that can withstand harsh (weather) conditions.

Reclaimed, weathered boards

Due to their exposure to water, sun, wind and sand, old harbor planks often have a unique texture and appearance. The planks have weathered surfaces and may have cracks, knots and other imperfections, giving them a rustic and authentic look. Reclaimed harbor boards are often used for decorative or functional applications in the construction and design industries. Examples include: floors, wall coverings, ceilings, stairs, furniture, garden furniture and other decorative elements.
