Deventer, Netherlands
In the historic center of Deventer, where the name Jackies Fine Wines has become a household name, we as a company delivered an oak floor and counter to a nice project. Since the opening of Restaurant Jackies in 2009, which is now joined by a wine store under the same owner, we have worked together to create the ambiance to match the selection of wines offered.
When the owner was looking for materials, he came to us. It was a fun challenge to transform a solid block of 19th century oak from a wine press into a beautiful counter. What a cool story: from wine press to wine store!
In addition to the counter, we also supplied the French oak floor, known as the Parisienne floor, which gave the space a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was great to see how all these elements came together and contributed to creating a beautiful cause. We are proud to have contributed to the success of Jackies Fine Wines and would recommend visiting this lovely store soon!
